Order a repeat prescription
Daventry Vets offers repeat prescriptions – this is particularly useful if your pet has been prescribed long-term medication. This service is only available to clients of the practice.
If you’ve got PetsApp then order your repeat prescriptions on there using chat. If not you can fill in the form below.
Please only use this form for repeat medications if the vet has set your pet up on repeats. Your Pet will need to have regular assessments with the vet. These will vary depending on your pet’s condition, but are usually every 3 months
Please note, if you’re trying to order your pet’s parasite prevention products, then we need to have seen your pet within the last 12 months. Please note there is new guidance on prescribing parasiticides as of 1st September 2023. We will let you know if it affects your request.
Repeat prescriptions – please be aware…
All repeat prescriptions must be authorised by a Veterinary Surgeon. We endeavour to process all repeat prescription orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 2 working days. We will notify you when they are ready to collect.
You can also use this service to order your pet’s veterinary prescribed food – just fill in the details of the type of food your pet needs.
